You can view the play yards from the screens in our lobby or, log on from time to time and view them from your Internet device. Relax and enjoy watching the pets being groomed in our salon, or take a quick tour to our viewing booth to see where your pet will be staying.

Daily Life at Kennel Creek

Kennel Creek provides a carefully crafted resort routine for our pets that allows them to enjoy the play and exercise they need along with much needed socialization within the “pack”. Your pet is supervised at all times when they are out of their suites and are checked on every 30 minutes during the day when they are in their suites.

Exercise and socialization is balanced with the rest and sleep the dogs so enjoy. Here at Kennel Creek, we have provided a “dog sanctuary” for our guest. This means that when your pet is relaxing in their suite, only the kennel staff with whom the dogs are familiar with are allowed in the kennel area. This lack of “intrusion” by strangers provides the most relaxing atmosphere possible. Being in his or her own secure suite and not trying to rest while in the pack, your dog will return to you in good health, worn out from appropriate exercise – not stress.

Play/Exercise Routine

At Kennel Creek, our routine for our guests is the same, 365 days a year.

Our small dog group playtime’s are at 9:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm for an hour each. Big dogs go out at 10:00pm and 2:00pm for 2 hours at a time. Our team spends the appropriate time to insure that all dogs are in the best playgroup for their temperament and activity level.

The morning team comes in at 5:00am and begins the first restroom break for our guests, then breakfast is served at 6:00am. Televisions, music and lights come on shortly after, and the first small dog play group is started at 9:00am

Final bathroom breaks are from 7:30pm to 8:30pm and then it is lights, music and televisions off for our guests. Our night attendant will do some light cleaning and mopping in the kennel area and then will walk through each hour to check on everyone without disturbing them.

Why we are Different

At Kennel Creek Pet Resort and Day care, we have no drains in the suites. Because your dog doesn’t sleep over a drain at home, they shouldn’t have to do that here. We clean up after our dogs just like you might at home.

Unique to Kennel Creek is how we handle solid waste. We are the only facility in the area that has power flush stations throughout the inside and outside of the building. This means that as soon as the pets eliminate, solid waste is immediately scooped and flushed into the sewer. No bagging of waste and putting it in the trash-ever. This allows for the most sanitary environment possible for your pets stay.
At Kennel Creek, your pet will be cozy and comfortable in whichever suite you choose to accommodate their stay. Beds are provided and we encourage you to bring a small bedding item if your pet has something they are used to sleeping with every day at home. Please make sure that the item will fit in a residential size washer and dryer should we need to wash it for any reason.
Boarding Rates

Our boarding rates are all inclusive. The resort play routine, food, and administering of basic medications is included in the price. In addition, there is a substantial discount for multiple pets from the same family sharing a suite.

Resort options for your pet include the following additional items that you can purchase for your pet’s stay:
Lap of luxury time – Your pet can enjoy a “home-like” experience spending time with our staff in our Lap of Luxury room.

Massage – a thorough, full body massage for your dogs health and comfort. This helps to stimulate muscles growth/recovery and also reduce tension while mom and dad are away.
Bizzy bone treat – Your pet will forget that mom and dad are away while they work on getting the peanut butter out of this treat for a little while.

Spa Day - Your pet will complete his/her stay with a “Day at the Spa” complete with a Facial scrub, Paw Treatment, Refreshing Aromatherapy, and a nourishing Vitamin Coat Conditioner. An excellent way to wrap up their Resort experience!
Carbon filtered chlorine free water is served to our dogs and cats enjoy reverse osmosis 100% pure water to assist with their urinary tract health.
